At Teddly — Cuddle Corner, we strive to deliver your favourite items safely and swiftly to your doorstep. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number.
Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 3–7 business days
- Other locations: 5–10 business days
- Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier availability.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or courier issues.
Delivery Coverage
- We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India.
- Delivery to remote or restricted areas may take 5–10 business days.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
- A tracking link will be sent to your registered email and mobile number once your order is dispatched.
- You can also track your shipment using the AWB number on our logistics partner's website.
Failed Delivery Attempts
- Our courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us.
- For returned parcels, you may request a re-delivery (additional shipping charges apply) or a refund of the product value excluding the original shipping fee.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at teddlycuddlecorner@gmail.com. If you accept such a package from the courier, we cannot take responsibility for damages, missing items, or incorrect shipments.
