Return Window
You may return eligible items within 48 hours of delivery. Returns requested after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
- Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
- Not classified as a non-returnable item (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalised or customised products
- Items purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Gift cards
📦 The package I received is open. What should I do?
If the outer packaging is open, torn, or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. If you accept such a package from the courier, we cannot take responsibility for damages, missing items, or incorrect shipments.
📲 How to Initiate a Return?
- Send us a WhatsApp message at 📲 8449-127529 within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos / videos of the damaged or defective item.
- Our support team will guide you with the next steps.
🔄 Can I exchange a product?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order — this ensures the fastest processing.
😕 The item doesn't suit me / I don't like it. Can I return it?
Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for:
- "Change of mind"
- Personal dislike of the item's look, size, or feel after purchase
Every item is carefully described on our website with photos and details. Please review them before ordering.
💰 When will I receive my refund?
Once your return request is approved and the product is collected:
- The product will be sent back to our warehouse for a quality check.
- Upon approval, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
Refunds typically reflect in your account within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
